What we collect

• Forms you send us, such as a quote request or a message: the name, contact details and message you type. On websites we host for local businesses, a form sends what you type to that business.
• Website clients: the business details, photos and contact information you give us to build and run your site.
• Server logs: like every website, our server records basic request information (IP address, page, time, browser type) for security and to count visits. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Payments go through PayPal. They handle your card details; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

Only to answer you, deliver what you asked for, run and secure our websites, and keep business and tax records. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except with the services needed to do those things (our hosting provider, email provider and payment processors) or when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe and how long

Data lives on our own server, with encrypted backups. We keep records as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our business records. Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we're allowed to.
